The Responsibility:

1. Pre-Premiere Producing

Once assigned a show or movie, our job as producers is to kickoff and project manage in-app featuring from Project Setup through Premiere. Our responsibilities include:

  • Launching the Coming Soon Art + Trailers onto app

  • Producer sets deadlines for all creative teams

  • Producer Manages PMS Software such as Wrike

  • Producer oversees all Artwork, Trailers, Copywriting, and Localization deliveries

2. Show Premiere Day Launch

In preparation for the show’s premiere day, the producers successfully deliver approved art/copy/localizations to the publishing team. At the time of Premiere, our duties include:

  • Leading the Launch of the show on the given date

  • Ensuring Deliveries of all artworks are properly published

  • QC the launch of all assets in the Apple TV+ App

  • Greenlight the premiere’s launch to activate cross-promotional marketing campaigns

3. Specialty Project Oversight

In addition to the standard featuring each project needs to be launched onto the App, there may be specialty projects associated with a given title. It is the producer’s job to check:

  • Special Featuring Collections (i.e. “Suspense Collection”)

  • Artwork on Watch Now Tab of TVos

  • Artwork featuring on Apple.com

  • Marketing Assets across platforms
